March 16Potluck & Movie Night 5:00 pm at Rose & Doc's place. We'll be selecting the movie for this year's Peace in the Valley. If you are able to join us, please let Rose know so if we need to postpone or cancel due to the weather, she'll know who to contact.
April 13Work Day CANCELLED
April 27Free New Shooter Seminar at our range southwest of Enderlin, ND. We'll explain how the game is played, show what equipment is used, and review costume options. After class time, attendees will have the opportunity to run through a practice stage using our guns and ammo. You're also welcome to stay and watch the April match in the afternoon. May 25Regular Monthly Match. Registration opens at noon. The mandatory safety briefing is at 11:45. Shooting starts at noon. Day 1 of the SVP 2nd Annual Memorial Madness Match. Clean shooter pins will be awarded, and the top male and top female will receive a SVP mug. Potluck at 6:00.
May 26Day 2 of the SVP 2nd Annual Memorial Madness Match. Registration opens at 9:00. The mandatory safety briefing is at 9:45. Shooting starts at 10:00. $10 members, $15 non-members. A special “Memorial Madness” Award will be presented to the top male and top female participating in the Memorial Madness category.
To compete in the Memorial Madness category and be eligible for the Memorial Madness award the shooter:
☞ Must participate both days.
☞ Must shoot a different style each day and it must be different from the style you normally use at monthly matches. For instance, If you normally shoot two handed, you can choose to shoot gunfighter one day and duelist or frontier cartridge the next. Or you can shoot B-Western one day and Classic Cowboy the second. You can even throw in the Jose Wales style. June 12-16Peace in the Valley, the combined North Dakota and South Dakota SASS State Championship at our range southwest of Enderlin, ND.

July 28GAF Muster. Shamrock will be taking the lead on our hosting a GAF (Grand Army of the Frontier) Muster. Stay tuned for more. ☺
August 17 SVP Ladies Day. Trigger Tillie will be heading up another Ladies Day at the Range. Those attending and helping last summer had a great time. If you are interested in helping, please let Tillie know at vcsledheads@msn.com. More information will be available later.

December 712th Annual Cowboy Christmas Party at the Holiday Inn Fargo.
WednesdaysPractice days for anyone who can make it to the range. Come out at 10:00 with your guns, ammo and sack lunch. You'll run through 5-6 stages, eat lunch and visit, then usually work on a project as time allows so bring some gloves just in case. ☺ Please call Doc Neilson (701-371-0824) to get on the call list if you are interested. Starting date to be determined and there have been times when the schedule changes due to weather.
